Competitive Intelligence

Contract-lineage and competitive displacement intelligence for federal capture decision support.

Know where your federal revenue is at risk and where you can win

Ironclad provides independent, evidence-based competitive intelligence for federal contractors. We show where your revenue is exposed, which competitors create that exposure and why, and where openings exist that you can act on. We deliver the intelligence. Capture, teaming and investment decisions stay with you.

Competitive Intelligence

What It Does

Contract-lineage analysis

We trace each award from predecessor to recompete to successor and code the outcome. A displacement is called only when every step is documented, and a contract that simply expired is not counted as a loss.

Competitor threat assessment

Competitors are scored on documented head-to-head competition, account overlap and contract-vehicle access, not on surface similarity.

Vehicle and acquisition-structure risk

We identify where vehicle lifecycles, consolidations or eligibility rules will decide an outcome more than performance does.

Opportunity screening

We look for requirements where the incumbent lacks the vehicle or socioeconomic status the recompete requires.

Capture intelligence for live pursuits

Past-performance positioning, customer signals and lessons from published source-selection decisions.

Continuous monitoring

A forecast can change weeks before a solicitation is released, so we watch federal forecast, award and vehicle records on an ongoing basis.

Analyst validation of AI-generated market signals

We triage, verify and correct machine-ranked signals before they reach a decision-maker, and feed what we find back into the engine's configuration.

How We Work

Public and open sources only

FPDS, SAM.gov, agency acquisition forecasts, GAO decisions, GSA and published reporting. No non-public or source-selection-sensitive information.

Graded by evidence

Every finding carries its source, its date and a confidence level, whether or not it favors the client.

What we don't know is written down

Conclusions that depend on information only the client holds are identified as such, and an absence from public records is not treated as proof that something does not exist.

What it is not

Capture management, proposal writing or business development execution.
